On Tuesday, 5 March 2024, the Australia Vietnam Policy Institute (AVPI) Front Door officially launched in Melbourne.

The AVPI was thrilled to launch the AVPI Front Door, a physical presence in Melbourne, co-located with AVPI Knowledge Partner, Asia Society Australia at the RMIT Asia Trade and Innovation Hub.

It was an honour to welcome the Prime Minister of Vietnam, H.E Phạm Minh Chính who officially inaugurated the AVPI Front Door. The launch event also welcomed Assistant Minister for Manufacturing and Assistant Minister for Trade, Senator the Hon. Tim Ayres, Premier of Victoria, Jacinta Allan and the newly announced Chair of the AVPI Advisory Board, Dr Huong Le Thu.

The AVPI Front Door marks a significant milestone and will create an additional link to Vietnam, fostering greater opportunities to further enhance the bilateral relationship. This physical presence will enable the AVPI to better engage with our community and form new connections.

The AVPI looks forward to welcoming you to this new space and working together to support the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP). For more information contact us: https://avpi.org.au/contact/
