What opportunities need to be realised for the education and training sector to support Vietnam’s new period of transition?

This article is the second in AVPI Fellow Andrew Goledzinowski AM’s two‑part series and explores how Australia and Vietnam can deepen their education partnership to meet Vietnam’s evolving skills and innovation needs.

Andrew highlights the key opportunities for Australia and Vietnam to jointly design work-integrated learning pipelines that build the human capital needed for Vietnam’s future economy. He also notes that as Vietnam develops its International Finance Centre, this must be matched by developing the financial workforce, which Australian universities and TAFEs can support, drawing on Australia’s expertise in financial engineering, compliance, risk management, and more.
